Hi, I’m Ellen. I offer personal training and strength coaching to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more capable, in and out of the gym.

 

My approach is built around long-term progress, not quick fixes. I focus on helping you learn good technique, train safely, and enjoy the process, because that is what makes results last.

 

Choose from 1:1 sessions, small group coaching, or online coaching. Each option gives you a structured programme shaped around your goals.
