THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE COACHING
You’ll have a clear programme to follow, so you know what to do each session and how your training fits together across the week. Instead of guessing your exercises, sets, reps or progression, you’ll have a plan built around your goals, experience and routine.
Online coaching gives you structure, support and direction, without needing to be in the same gym as your coach.
It is also a flexible option if life is busy. You can train from home, your own gym, or wherever works best for you, around work, childcare, studies, shift patterns or changing schedules.
You are still supported throughout the process. Through check-ins, progress reviews and video feedback, Ellen can help you understand what is working, what needs adjusting and how to keep moving forwards.
Online coaching is a good fit if you want more than a generic programme, but do not need someone physically with you for every session. You get the freedom to train independently, with the guidance, accountability and support of a coach behind you.

Online coaching starts from £150 per month. This includes your personalised training programme, regular support, check-ins and programming for as many weekly sessions as you want to complete.
